We want you to love your purchase from The Browzy Company. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for a full refund.
- Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
How to Return

- We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Carefully package your items to avoid damage during shipping.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
